Shipping policy

At GOLD NATION DISTRIBUTORS, we are committed to delivering your order with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. This Shipping Policy outlines the key information on how and when your items will be prepared, packed, and shipped so you can enjoy your faith-inspired products as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Shipping method and typically arrive within:

  • Transit Time: 4 to 7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (e.g., weather, high shipping volume, etc.).

Shipping Location

We currently only ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders. No additional fees are applied at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey directly with the carrier.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in locating your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please do the following:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging

  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Send the photos and your order number to support@goldnation.store

Without photographic proof of damage, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to make a correction, contact us immediately.
